1893-- New Bern, North Carolinaの若い薬剤師 Caleb Bradhamが薬局のSoda fountainでいろいろなSoft drink 調合して友人たちに試飲させていました。

1898--炭酸水, 砂糖、 Vanilla, （生）油、そして Cola nutsが成分の"Brad's Drink”（Caleb Bradham　の名前をとった）が名前を変え １８９８年８月 28日?Pepsi-Cola が誕生しました。

1902-- Pepsi-Cola を正式に商品登録。

1905--Pepsi-Cola's の最初のフランチャイズ(Bottling plants）が Charlotte and Durham, North Carolinaに誕生。

1906 "The Original Pure Food Drink."がスローガン。

1908--Pepsi-Cola が最初に馬車から車で配送を開始。

1920--"Drink Pepsi-Cola, it will satisfy you."がスローガン。

1923--Pepsi-Cola Company 　倒産！！！前の年Coca-Colaに身売りしようとして失敗。

1928--５年も赤字が続く。

1931--２回目の倒産！！　The Loft candy company が?the　National Pepsi-Cola Companyを吸収合併。

1934--大恐慌の時、12-ounce drinkを５ cents で販売。これが大ヒット。(Coca-Cola　6　ounces を同価格で販売）)

1935--Pepsi-Cola operation の本社を Long Island City, New Yorkに移転。

1938--Pepsi　Soft drink businessからa Modern marketing companyに変身。

1940--"Nickel, Nickel," ラジオのコマーシャルソング（jingle ）

1941-- Pepsi's 蓋を赤白青に変え、戦争をサポート。

1943--"Bigger Drink, Better Taste."がスローガン。

1948--本社を Long Island City, New Yorkから midtown Manhattanに移転。

1953--"The Light Refreshment" 低カロリーで訴求。

1960--"Now it's Pepsi, for those who think young."　若い大人をターゲット。

1963--Pepsi-Cola?12-ounce bottle を 16-ounce sizeにして販売。 12-ounce Pepsi cans が軍隊の正式飲料になる。

1964--Diet Pepsi, Americaの最初のDiiet soft drinkとしてデビュー。Pepsi-Cola が Mountain Dew を買収

1965-- ポテトチップスなどで有名なFrito-Lay of Dallas, Texasと Pepsi-Cola が合併して PepsiCo, Inc.になり、Soft drinksの会社から食品会社になる。

1970--Pepsi 最初の Two-liter bottlesを販売。また、 消費者に好まれる 軽量で RecyclableのPlastic bottlesを使用。 本社を?Purchase, NY.に移転。

1974-- the U.S.S.R.に最初の工場。

1976--American supermarketsで、Pepsi が最初で最大販売量の Soft drink brandとなる。?.

1978--Twelve-pack cans を市場に。

1980--Pepsi 家に持ち帰るSoft drinksの最大販売量となる。

1981--PepsiCo と China 工場建設合意。.

1982--Pepsi Free, a Caffine-free colaを販売。

1983--Mountain Dew を販売。

1984--"the choice of a New Generation."をキャンペーン。本物のフルーツを使った "Juice added."?Orange soft drink がUSで一番の販売になる。

1985-- Cokeが New　Cokeを販売したが大衆の不評によりマーケットから撤退した。 "Coca-Cola Classic."の再販売に力を入れた。 " Space　Can" がスペースシャトルで飲まれる。

1986--7-Up international 、 Mug Root Beerを吸収合併。

1987--Pepsi-Cola 本社 Somers, New York.に移転。

1989-- Wild Cherry Pepsi.を販売。

1990--"You Got The Right One Baby."がDiet　Pepsiのスローガン。

1991--Pepsi 最初の食品用、リサイクル可能プラスチック、 PETを使用。

1992--Pepsi-Colaと Lipton Tea が協定。Crystal Pepsiを販売。 （clear soda、 caffine free, 100% natural flavors, no preservatives and low in sodium）.

1993--Pepsi-Cola の収益$1 billion.　冷蔵庫に収納できる24can?"The Cube" 紹介。

1994--Pepsi Foods International とPepsi-Cola Internationalが合併して the PepsiCo Foods and Beverages Companyになる。

1996--the World Wide Web. Pepsi World?が世界で最も人気のあるサイトとなり、歴史に残る。

1997--PepsiCo. をTricon Global Restaurants, Inc. （ Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, & KFC）を創設。 世界で一番数の多いレストラン、世界で2番目の販売高。

1998--Pepsi 100 周年記念。PepsiCo. Chairman and CEO Roger A. Enrico 自分の給料を PepsiCo従業員の子供の学資に寄付。 PepsiOne -Diet tasteではない最初の One calorie drink を販売。
